Doo Doo Patrol Terms of Service
Thanks for choosing Doo Doo Patrol. We’re excited to help keep your yard clean, fresh, and safe for your pups. Here’s everything you need to know in simple, clear language.
Access to Your Yard
Please make sure we can safely enter and exit your yard on your service day. We cannot promise a time, but we do promise the day of service. Time may vary due to route changes, but we do text you when we are on the way if your notifications are set up in your portal. If we arrive and can’t get in due to a locked gate, obstacles, or anything unsafe, the visit will still be charged.
Weather Delays
Arizona throws us curveballs sometimes. If weather makes it unsafe or impossible to scoop, we’ll come back as soon as we can or wait until your next scheduled service day. No extra charges.
Holiday Schedule
We’re closed on:
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
These days are for family time, both ours and yours. If your regular service lands on one of these dates, we’ll return on your next scheduled day.
Pausing Service
If your pups won’t be using the yard for a while (vacation, illness, boarding, etc), just let us know before your service day. We’ll pause your visits so you’re not charged unnecessarily.
Liability
We always treat your property like our own, but we can’t be held responsible for damages to yards, spigots, gates, pets, or other property.
If you use the Doo Doo Destroyer sanitizing and deodorizing upgrade, we’ll be connecting the Wysiwash system to your spigot to apply the treatment.
Fees and Promotions
Service rates and promotions may change occasionally. If anything ever changes, you’ll get at least two weeks’ notice.
Ending Service
Either of us can cancel service at any time with written notice. Any outstanding balance is due within 15 days.
Agreement
By starting service with Doo Doo Patrol, you agree to these terms.
And we agree to show up, communicate clearly, and take great care of your yard and your pups.
