Doo Doo Patrol Terms of Service
Thanks for choosing Doo Doo Patrol. We’re excited to help keep your yard clean, fresh, and safe for your pups. Here’s everything you need to know, written simple and straight up.
Access to Your Yard
Please make sure we can safely enter and exit your yard on your scheduled service day. We can’t promise a specific time, but we do promise the day. Routes may shift, but if notifications are enabled in your portal, you’ll receive an on-the-way text before we arrive.
If the gate is locked or pups are outside and considered unsafe, we’ll call and text you and wait up to 5 minutes for a response. If we don’t hear back, we’ll skip the visit to keep the rest of the route running smoothly. The visit will still be charged.
Waste Disposal
We double-bag all waste using scented trash bags. If we have access to your trash bin, we’ll place it there.
If we don’t have access to the bin, the double-bagged waste will be left neatly in the corner behind the gate.
We do not haul waste off site.
Doo Doo Destroyer Sanitizing & Deodorizing
Our Doo Doo Destroyer service focuses on odor control and sanitation where it matters most. Treatment covers up to 1,500 square feet per visit and is applied to hot spots like high-traffic areas, potty zones, and problem smells.
This service connects to your spigot using the Wysiwash system.
Weather Delays
Arizona weather happens. If conditions make it unsafe or impossible to service your yard, we’ll return as soon as possible or resume on your next scheduled service day. No extra charges.
Holiday Schedule
We are closed on:
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
These days are for family time, ours and yours. If your regular service falls on one of these dates, we’ll return on your next scheduled visit.
Pausing Service
Heading out of town or giving the yard a break? Just let us know before your service day and we’ll pause service so you’re not charged unnecessarily.
Liability
We treat your property with care and respect, but we are not responsible for damage to lawns, landscaping, gates, spigots, pets, or other property.
Billing & Payment
A credit card is required on file for all recurring services. Payments are processed automatically on the 1st of each month for that month’s service.
You can cancel anytime directly through your customer portal or by reaching out to the Doo Doo Patrol office.
Fees, Pricing & Promotions
Service rates and promotions may change from time to time. You’ll always receive at least two weeks’ notice of any changes.
To keep up with rising expenses, a yearly price increase will take effect starting January 2026.
Ending Service
There are no contracts. Either of us may cancel service at any time with written notice. Any outstanding balance is due within 15 days.
